What is the story of the Secret Kami Oasis? It was once open to players to enter but now is completely blocked? When did this happen and why?

Think the last time I was in the SKO was for the wedding of Bridget (Scimitars Tryker?) and some Fyros guy whos name I cant remember back in Focus (or maybe the last open?) , ended up as a mass brawl between the races Tryker n Fyros? v Zorai n Matis? I was on my Tryker Jetep for that one and all I realy remember is nuking the German players (Zorai) ,not being able to see anything in the sandstorm and that crazy health Ploderous? boss that everyone ganged up on and finaly managed to kill after a couple of wipes lol

I' m pretty certain that in his case you could easily use something less extreme, like say buying him enough rounds or winning enough games of dice.

It was the all the races versus the matis. That was the worst event ever. During FBT The Matis (North American Focus Beta People ) always got shafted. Kinda didnt surprise me that they didnt market the game in NA much or have much NA players. I even remember the Zorai GMs being very nasty to a the veyr first NA players who ran into Jungle Lands.

We'll back to the event.

It sucked it was very lame how the GMs/Guides were shooting launchers at us and I was getting pissed. Saw where two lamers were shooting at me from a hidden position and I went there and killed them both were non players but either GMs or Guides dont remember. The only fun was when Some of our little tryker buddies from Yelk Beach decided to aid us and it turned out to be a fight and not a slaughter.

Back then a player didnt need amps I was fearing and smacking until the Matis guy played by a GM or Dev or maybe even Lawrence (pfft who knows) sends me a tell to not dishonor myself by using our enenmies tactics. Pfft I'm supposed to stand here and die eh. Oh I see Yep thats exactly what you wanted us NA players to do. Thanks for telling us or even giving us something fun to do for being slaughtered...NOT.

So if any people wonder why I always read/listen to information given to me with a grain of salt thats why. If they do crap like that again well.... you know lots of alternativ es these days.

Finally finding a hawker to unload all the cutler,zerks,tyrancha mats to to make room for harvesting mats and selling your high quality supreme amps while standing in agro rich area.....Priceless....

Fyros was german, and zorai french (aaaand I remember the noise and whine cause they were boosted and given gear while the other communities weren't ) of course, I fought beside our noble Matis lord, who had been rejected by the bride! and the boss was an uber boosted Minyon (named one). It took the whole server like half an hour to beat + half an hour to get the lagged log in sys info. In beta, we used to get all info on other players actions, like "jetep scratches minyon toe with his knitting needle and cause 4 dmg"...

Oh yea and how lame was that. FYI dappers were valbule back then cause you could by generic mats all the way up to 250.

That was a blast... having to run down because we had no working portals close and 150 capped skills... lolz
