Yes.
One need not meekly roll over.
You think those slaves don't have friends, families?

What do you propose Aajolea, how should homins who wish to end what's going on in that camp proceed?
The Karavan doesn't want to risk loosing the members of that tribe to the Kamis, but by not doing anything about the tribe's actions they are surely loosing the enslaved ones to the Kami (should they ever get free I'm sure they won't be running to the Karavan to thank them) and might loose other, free homins aswell.
In my eyes the Slavers are bandits, and should be handled as such.
If only the slaves could be free'd from the bond/magic that's holding them there, infiltrate the camp and rescue them. Sure, the Slavers won't like us and the Karavan would officially condemn us for attacking the Slavers, but that's a small price for freedom.
I'm open for other suggestions, but sitting iddly by won't solve anything.
If only we knew how to free the slaves...

The Karavan speak well but i am still wary of their intentions, and when it comes to actions too. I myself never heard that Jena and the Karavan told the Matis to stop enslaving back in those dark days, i've always been told it was us Trykers who fought for our freedom with the likes of Loria.
Trykers should hold those we follow to higher standards than what the Karavan are currently showing. The Kamis rez and help their followers just as much as the Karavan currently, they really haven't done a whole lot for us all in all. Though they say they have...
But I agree it is up to us Trykers to rid these Slavers from our lands. And inform the Karavan to put their ship to better use.
Firstly despite thier name, and the 'silenced' trykers in the pen, You have to be sure that they are slaving and not just a tribe whose name is a legacy from the past. So watch them, observe their activities, those with a nominal good base reputaion, like matis , speak with them, see if they require assistance in capturing or delivering captives. Then once satisfied of the evidence, carry out the appropriate justice with i should expect the blessings of the federal government. If recognised a criminal by the Karavan too then ressurection could be arranged at a secure federal facility, and the guilty re-educated by the tryker in the appropriate teachings of Jena. The captives if found to be slaves, reunited and granted care. It only then leave a power vacuum in bounty beach to fill that would hopefully be filled by tribe loyal to Jena.
OOC event to eliminate, with no respawn, and later replace tribe with another (same missions, fame, location, just name change and no slaves.) That seems simplest solution to me.

(( some OOC information how the Slavers camp currently works in game:
The tribe has by default 100 fame towards Matis and -66 to Tryker (Fyros and Zorai I don't know).
When killing tribe members I didn't seem to gain fame with Tryker or loose fame with Matis, but did gain fame with Kami and lost with Karavan and the Slavers.
There is a Tryker government mission in Windermeer which asks to 'kill N members of the Slavers, an enemy tribe'. When I killed tribe members with the mission active, once the mission was complete I gained fame with Tryker (and allied tribes), gained fame with Kami, lost fame with Karavan and lost fame with Slavers.
A full camp wipe (well, several wipes actually) didn't result in any interesting happening -- like the slaves wandering out of their pen or disappearing, or some such.
An event after which the tribe would be removed/renamed/changed would be a nice idea or if the camp would have some trigger (like in the last R2 example) and then the slaves would be set free. (It can be that there is such a trigger, but just killing the camp didn't activate it last time we were there -- we haven't done a wipe after the last patch however, maybe things have changed. Maybe all Slavers in BB need to be killed and not just the camp.)

(totally OOC)
Fyros have positive fame with the Slavers. I don't remember how much though. But they are a matis/fyros tribe.
When we were killing them I was only losing fame with the tribe. I didn't gain or lose fame with anyone else. But I believe Jyudas was losing fame with the slavers and the Karavan. So something may be screwy with the fame on these guys.
Following a question in last night's Karavan conference the representatives of the Karavan side have this to say regarding slavery:-
The Karavan does not advocate slavery, on the contrary. Let us remember that it is the goddess Jena who in ancient times ordered the Matis to release Trykers from their subjection. ...
The Karavan condemns the traffic in which the Slavers are engaged, but cannot allow the members of this tribe turning to the Kamis. ...
Officially, king Yrkanis and his subjects are not allied to the Slavers. ...
King Yrkanis is personally against any form of slavery. Any official business is forbidden in the Matis kingdom, and he fully respects the charter of the Rights of the Homin.
I am overjoyed to hear these clarifications from the representatives of the Karavan and of King Yrkanis. I look forward to the day that we can all join together to end the Slaver scourge in the Lakelands.
[OOC: Slaver missions definately cause one to lose Tryker fame, so in this manner, they appear to the be the worst enemy of the Tryker. I have not lost Tryker fame on missions from other -66 Tryker tribes.]
