I have tried the 7 days trial and i can not see anything in Account Management, just a page saying the web page could not be found. This is not a good start, cause if i want to quit i need to use Account Management. I am starting to doubt if this was a good decission. Anyone knows whats happening ??
I have got to connect but after taking all patches it says it has to relaunch, and when i try to do it i receive an error saying something like "the application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way". I am using a user without privilegies and run the application as an administrator user.
I have tried also logging with the administrator account but it gives the same error.

The account management system is up, if you email support using the out of game support tool we can try to sort out what is happening.
If you include your system specs we can also look at the runtime error.

What is the "the out of game support tool" ? You talk as if i was an expert in this game.

P4 2.8 GHz, Hyperthreading
1024 RAM DDR 400 Mhz Dual
ATI 9600 pro 128 Mb
Windows XP Pro XP1
I have readed in google as many people has the same error, its not just me.
The Account management didnt work before, a bit later it started to work.
I think i will spend my 7 trial days trying to make this work, this game has lot of problems.

It's probably not a very good idea to base an entire game upon an experience with the account management page when the problem could very well relate to a caching or other client-side issue. Try disabling any proxy, caching, or blocking software. Some AV and Firewall software can also cause problems with secure sites. As a last resort, download another web browser like Firefox or Mozilla to see if it's something to do with your IE security settings. I'll admit, the website and administration has a few annoying properties, but it has always worked for me. Give it a chance and try the game before you make an opinion based upon web support.
