didnt read the thread thouroughly but all i can say is u can track supreme while its gone (wich we all know) if u get on 1m of ur deposit tracking and u throw a supr only one u should get the messege: emty, keep trying few times it will come eventually

i know but for me it somethimes gets me 10-15 times to finally get the empty mssg and i am fairly sure that was the case

With all of my Nexus experience (granted I am not a Master digger, mostly because of all that damn Nexus DP) I must completely agree.

There is one of my favorite spots in one of those famous holes with the water that saves my butt from DP. This spot has the mats in an extremely clear place, no chance to mistake it for another, and is exactly where the mats are, and I can prospect well over 10 times until I give-up and realize, oh it really is empty. The kicker is I know it is not empty because in Nexus it can be both Supreme and some other grade at the same time, so I throw a choice and it pops, but the Supreme is up if I track at the same time

I completely believe you because it happens to me and think that we should raise this one in the Q&A and get them to explain it, if not even fix it.

If you go back and read the Q&A on prospecting, it could kind of make sense why it does not pop if there are a very limited number of the Supreme nodes, however, if I read over that again, I think why do you not have problems like this then when the Supreme nodes are popping then?

I think this is clearly a bug, and now that I am thinking about it, it does not seem to happen when I just emptied the source, but more so when I come up to a source that has previously been emptied, possibly it is even that it is someone else that emptied it.

P.S. I would be Master Forest Forager if it wasn't for that all that Nexus DP I have dug off!!! A good day is 1 DP per Supreme source, a bad day 5 DP's and no Supreme mats at all maybe I shouldn't be so damn weak, only 140 for my max offensive skill.

OMG, I SOOOOO get it now after re-reading the whole post. It is that you are using an only stanza for Supreme only, and the Supreme is empty, but there is another grade that is up at that time, so it is giving you the no mats in this area because it is hitting the other nodes that are up that are not that grade!!!

This is it, this is why OMG, OMG, OMG and somehow I don't believe it is solved, it still doesn't all click together right.

Edit again: And just to be clear this happened before I took my little leave of absense, so it is not something from a new patch.

It seemed very strange to me so I did report it. The point of the thread is that I never even got to the point why the messages were coming up the way they were Or why the sup wouldnt pop. Seemed there were two possiblities why the strange event was occuring.

However, I couldnt even get to discussing that point since the CSR kept insisting to me My tracking must have tracked me to an out of season supreme spot. After arguing over how tracking works I gave up. The CSR would not listen and kept insisting you can track out of season and thats what had occured to me

I seriously felt like I was talking to a wall. IMO the CSR didnt listen enough and was completely to closed minded not listening to my explanation. Their insistant lecturing to me how I dont know how tracking works was evidence that this bug report was going no where. I tried to be helpful and instead someone who did not understand stonewalled me with incorrect information until i told them to forget it. The CSR then told me that they were going to close my ticket.

And how do you expect them to explain my original question when they dont even understand tracking

Cos as we know they really just try and bluff you off in the hopes the answer will manage to blag you into beleaving them, not really knowing that you are a digging human bot was there mistake imo CRS should be made to play the game since there ment to be able to help us with our questions a simple "sorry i dont know" would of done better in many cases imo

OMG, it is too funny. In a technical support case with a huge company after the second your an idiot..., I would just say thanks for you help hang up and immediately dial-back to try and get someone with a clue.

In this case, it appears you are well out of luck!!! Most likely you would have gotten the same person to tell you you have no clue how to use tracking LOL!
