The tournament will be held on Saturday 1st October at 8pm (3pm est)and 1am bst (8pm est), at Windermeer beach.

Homins, I bring you tidings of the yuboball leagues!
A number of playful homins gathered together last night for friendly games, seeing a start of competitions. The athletes showed their true sportsmanship by allowing an Yberball upon discovery that the local yuboes had disappeared. The warming up match saw ViracochaJr, Gillayne and Raiten put up a mighty struggle against Threbus, Mikelaw and Sashtan, though they had to acknowledge the latters' superiority in the end. The match was decided 5 to 2 in favour of Threbus' team, congratulations to them!
Somewhere along the night the participants got really into the spirit of things, and the determination to play the game properly saw the discovery of a pack of yuboes nearby! This allowed the second round to be be played in the traditional way, much improving the enjoyment.
The first match of the second round saw Threbus and Sashtan in a close fight with Gillayne and ViracochaJR, which had to be decided by a single goal, 5 to 4 in favour of Gillayne's team. A chance was given to Threbus and Sashtan for vindication, but none could stand against Jable and Mikelaw as they stormed ahead and eventually won 5 to 1. So it came to the final match between ViracochaJR and Gillayne versus Jable and Mikelaw, for the honour of the evening. A mighty struggle ensued, and hearts stopped at times in witness of the excitement! In the end, Jable and Mikelaw were no match to Gillayne's team, who got the favour with a score of 5 to 3.
This results in a final score as follows:
1st Place: Gillayne and ViracochaJr
2nd Place: Jable and Mikelaw
3rd Place: Sashtan and Threbus
The later night saw an honourary game between four homins: Cuddles and Xythus matched skils with Erimos and SumSum and after a long struggle (With, alas, a few lost yuboes) the match was decided 5 to 2 in favour of Cuddles' unstoppable team!
Honour and congratulations to all those who participated, spreading the joy and excitement of Yuboball to all those present. It shall be a night to remember!
