Finding a mission NPC

Hello all I have just started the 14 day trial last night. My question is, how do I find an NPC for a particular mission. This is one of the first missions WELCOME to KAEMON, after I speak to the trainers I have to speak to BOEDIX CEKIAN. I have looked all over the starting area(im assuming he isnt on other side of the island since this is first mission. Any ideas???? He IS NOT under the missions section on the radar.

Mission people, especialy those on Newbie islands, are in the area appropriate to what they do. On the Zorai island, the trainers were in the building behind the newbie first-missions-greeters. The sellers were in a lone building off to the side, the Kami guy that told you how to get off the island was standing under a totem, and the varoius other-mission-type people were standing around camp fires. Their title will give you a clue.

I might be wrong but is that not one of the welcomers?

either its one of the welcomers outside the building in kaemon, or its inside the building and it is one of the trainers there, or its one of the shop NPCs or mission NPCs in kaemon itself. If you focus on the building first, outside then in you should find them
