How do I get off newbie island? I must be stupid

Its probably really obvious, but I looked around and couldnt see where. Scouted around town and didnt see anything

how may I get off newbie island? I would rather be at main land.

I got to lvl 11 fighter and bought a sword and two new pieces of armor, the rest of the pieces were too expensive...I probably gimped my char too by training wrong stuff. Im lvl 8-10 in magic too, forgot what exactly it was.

Anyways, how do I get off?

In Tryker or Matis lands, look for a Karawan Officer, usually clad in a black leather coat with a facemask. They'll send you to the nearest Karawan Teleporter, the big floating thingamajig near the cities. There you'll find an NPC that will teleport you to the mainland..

In Fyros or Zoraï lands, find the Kami Officer, who will send you to the nearest Kami Altar, also not too far outside the towns. There the Kami Preacher will send you to mainland.

Btw, no such thing as a really gimped char in SoR, it may just take you a few levels more to get things straightened out.
