I've been playing Ryzom since the first day of release without any graphic problems. All of a sudden last night when I log on (I'm on noobland -Matis Island) it looks like everything is covered in snow (white grass, white trees) all players and NPC's are the same color as always, animals display correctly, and inside the trainer rooms look ok. I'm curious to know if there are seasons in the game or did something suddenly happen that may have caused this.
Currently I'm using an Nvidia FX5600 Ultra with the 61.77 drivers and DirectX 9.0c on WinXP. I'm not having problems with any other games.

Re: Graphic problem - white snow
Unlike other MMORPGs, the seasons actually do change in Ryzom. We have now passed into winter on Atys. So, snow on the ground is normal.
Re: Graphic problem - white snow
Glad to know that it's not my video card!!! There are a lot of good aspects to this game and I'd hate to stop playing because of a graphics problem that I couldn't solve.
I've played several online games but never one that actually had true seasons; usually you just get rain or wind.

hehe..yeah I saw the snow too and wondered the same thing, right before my system locked...lol
But it looked toooooo good to be just a graphics issue. Besides yeterday the trees were all red and orange= Autumn ^.^

I was suprised too since I only got to play the open beta and it was summer(?). When I first saw your post I immediately thought "someone's overclocking their card past its limits".
