A lot of the fabulously rich and powerfull have also been dissapearing! I don't think that they have been kidnapped though, at least not in an in-character sense.

I just thought it ironic that even the NPCs are vanishing! Oh noooo! Perhaps they will be back in 14 days.

(Sorry about my post, I just thought it was amusing. I may be wrong.)

Homins, I bring you tidings from Pyr:

With all the hostages safely rescued by the brave homins, and returned
to their families. There has been no unrest upon the fair Fyros capital.

And so it appears that an element of calm returns to the back streets of
Pyr, The word is spread as guards lift the veto to walk the Southgate road.

Assistant Sergeant Pecus returns to walk the beat in Dyron, as Sergeant
Ulyros contemplates the elation of retirement in his twilight years he
eases a sigh of thoughtful regret, of the way things could have been if
he had only done things differently.

Stretching his arms in an indulgent bid to wake himself, he regards his
office door, as something is pushed under the lumbering mass.

Uncrumpling the note, he reads:
