auction rules

- starting bid 1000 mats (heavy armour mats ql230 or more)
- bid increase min 100 mats
- auction ends saterday 19:00 CET
- sniper rule: if a bid flows in at 19:00, 15 min will be added to the time
- I have the right to ignore certain bids (peeple who have misused the auctions lately)

Hmm, [(2x 250) + 52] = 552 where i come from.....
(ie it is max damage)

2*q + 52 for 2H weapons
I forgot for 1h weps, iirc there was a + 26....
q/2 + 13 for daggers (except event ones)
