Content?

Ok, i've started the 14 day free trial some days ago. 1 thing i've noticed so far is the skill system is nice, but i have nowhere seen any quest other than making this or collecting that (missions).

Are there ANY quests in this game and if so where can i find them? Thanks.

Different missions leads to updates in your Encyclopedia, and eventually rites.

SoR is NOT bases at doing "quests" as World of Warcraft are. Were more interacting with eachothers than NPC's.

Best part: Its a better system imo. Sure, I would like more missions with better content tho.

How do you know what missions to do and what are these rites like?

How do you know what missions to do and what are these rites like?

First you can experiment, and do all missions you can find. I think its a nice way to earn some money, gain fame and eventually find a mission that opens a new entry to the encyclopedia.

Second you may ask fellow homins, if they like to direct you to mission givers who open entries in your encyclopedia.

Third you may frequent some of the nice sites that collect the information you seek now, and you will like to lookup if you start doing missions.

Hey Ireni. Rites and exploring are really the only forms of "content on demand" that Ryzom has currently. But hopefully that will change in the near future.

Complete the Chest of Wisdom rite from your town's sage. Then usually the Barman in each major city will have any other rites for you. Hopefully you're not Fyros as they only have one crafting Rite after you've done the Chest of Wisdom.

Enjoy the continent and learn about the tribes and hidden areas. Then maybe see if you can find some higher levels to help you on an expedition to another land.
