I have a few questions about apartments/housing in the game. Some have been answered in game but I want to double check the info.

1) Is it a one time purchase and it's yours forever? Or do you have to pay rent/taxes?
2) Is it just more storage or is there another purpose to it?
3) Can you invite others to your apt?
4) Has anyone actually gotten one in game yet?
5) Can you decorate it as you wish?

1) Apartments have always been a one time purchase, who knows when they will change that later

2) They are currently only additional storage and I guess bragging rights. The capacity for storage is pretty weak, I believe somewhere around 125. I was able to place 2X99 stacks of mats, but not a third. I could add 1 stack of 37 as well but then it was maxed. Same or similar to the very limited guild storage.

3) Not yet, or I cannot see the option.

Well that sucks. If I buy an apartement, I want to live in it, not use it as a storage space. Maybe they should sell storage huts instead of apartments. Oh well guess no house warming party for me. *sigh*

What about the amount of items you can store in one? Is it unlimited? A lot more than a mount?

One extra question... can you access your apartment in different cities, even cities in another land?

I spoke to a dev in beta and there were plans to have decorations for housing. When they will go in, well who knows.

They need a bit more storage than 125 items. Maybe 125 stacks would be good.
