need help

Hey guys I need help of a gm or whatever,, Im tring to cancel my account and the passwords they give me arent working, to let me edit my account.
And my own password wont work either for editting.

You can enter your account profile using your game login and the 10 character long account profile password and not the game password. It should be in the original email sent to you when you first registered your account. If you can't find it, you can request a new one on the same page by using the 'Lost your password?' feature. An activation link for your new secure password will be mailed to the email address you registered with.

If you have requested several account passwords, try to leave the system for a while to catch up and wait for the last email, as you can suffer delayes. If you still have no joy logging in, please contact support-ee@ryzom.com.
