No. 100% damage means 100% of what the spell can do to the mob, e.G. no mob in the zone the spell is active has any resistance against the spell, in contrast to acid, blind and rot which sometimes only deal partial damage to certain mobs because mob a has a natural resistance against acid, mob b is resistant against cold and so on...

yea i spoke to a GM about it and you get lightning (and all others i think) at levels 140....she showed it to me as well as all the high level spells very cool

you must train in elemental magic to get these high level spells

Just wanted to correct something I saw mentioned earlier.

The caster of a bomb or ricochet heal will NOT be healed by his or her own effect. The effect will look as if it hits you (graphically), but you will not be healed.

Nicely done Shrike. This guide has been very helpful to me from the begining.

One thing I noticed that you may also want to include is that when you root something, attacking it with melee will greatly increase the chance that the root will break. I don't have numbers, but it is certainly noticible. I can play around and get you some numbers if you wish....
