Ooh, sounds as though they changed the stanza description since I learned it, or maybe it's just my memory at fault, but empirically Concentrate makes a big difference to me on whether or not the spell lands on my target, like Booster says.

Have you tried this with DoT spell or with root/fear ?

With Root, yes. I haven't used DoTs much and dislike Fear - but that's just me

[Spell lvl < 100 + Concentrate lvl >200] = [Mob lvl < 100] (Igara, Off. Oasis) interrupt quite often interrupt casting. HAven't noticed big difference between "with" and "without" concentrate from cast interruption aspect.
Noticeable effect was - spell land often (no link tho) with concentrate, than without.

Well, I did some experiments last night with concentrate.
My affl level is 52 and I was hunting yellow kipee 5x.
I've tried to stun (stun 1 btw) them.
Ok, I know stun1 is far too low to be realy usefull against yellow kipee 5x, but this is what I have so I can't test with better spell.

What I've found is that adding concentrate2 stanza to stun spell, does not affect in any way the success rate.
I've tried 20 stun1 spell with concentrate2, and only 3 landed.
I've tried 20 stun1 spell without concentrate and, again, only 3 landed.

Maybe it is just because i'm using very low level spell, or maybe the description in the concentrate stanza is right..it helps against interruption, but no other 2nd effect.

My casual results have been the same: concentrate doesn't help the link hit, just protects against the casting being interrupted.
