If this were retroactive Thursday would be a hoot with Homins streaking back to guild.

From now in test:
All piece of equipment (even light/caster armor and jewels), either crafted or looted, now have pre-requisites you will have to match to be able to equip them. All those equips have at most two pre-requisite skills. You can see the pre-requisite by right-clicking on piece of equipment then choosing 'info'. Please note that items bought, crafted or looted prior to the introduction of this change to the live version will keep their prerequisites (none for light/caster armor and jewels).
So no, not retroactive.

Now there will be a bigger effective difference between players of different levels. Like 250 levels wasn't enough to make this game a case of 'ha my level beats yours' already.

Maybe I could, but I am not the crafter. As said, special properties and I dont want to think about the mix, just set desired stats.

About widening the gap between people with lower lvls and people with higher lvls, that is something done in one's mind alone. This will enable the lower lvl crafters to add more before being a lvl250 crafter himself first.
