Actually, since the last patches, the checks are supposed to check the caps too :)

Hmm, well grats that you managed to get your guild name
When we tried it wouldnt accept ours. Seems certain normal words werent allowed for us, "Dragon" being one of the words we couldnt use.

Probably because there is a "dargon" in the atys background story.
