Agreed... Other than RP, which I don't discount as a motive, there's no substantive reason (in the sense of anything to lose or gain) for the Kami-alligned and Karavan-alligned to fight. Eventually, I'm sure there will be.

The point of having kami and kara is to cause tension and have something to fight about, most people prefer peace, i think dt has the right idea

I think its a good idea Keoni, at least worth a try. I'd like to know the general diplomacy going on around me for sure, and I'd prefer to not go to every guilds website to figure it out.

If I reside in Guild X, I would definitely appeciate access to know and understand if and why Guild Y is at war with Guild Z, as Atys is a "small world" and I encounter those folks in-game routinely.

That way myself and my guild can decide how to respond to situations involving those players, especially when teamed with any of them.

That's true Basic. But maybe it shouldn't if it's someone who rez's everyone equally rather than someone rez'ing people on only one side of the fight. Ultimately, that choice is left to those who are looking to fight, not those trying to be helpful, whether to strike someone down whom you would know not to be trying to become involved in the fight.
