i would be nice if the tracker helped with weather, like there was a range or count down estimate. or %age chance of exe or supreme at this moment in time type device. kinda like thunderstorm watcher types back on earth.
It would be even nicer if the tracker worked. I don't know how often I have stepped back 10m from a potential source, prospected & then told no raw mats exist. Sorry for off topic.

You poor souls, trying to work out what the weather is from a naf piece of text undergound where it doesnt really feel like summer even on the hottest day. Ahhh and that tracking ability that infuriates us all! I find it easier to simply try making a stack of paper clips and watch them fall over.

But we need them mats dont we? Ahhhhh, the dilema of the sublime and ridiculous.

Give me a bigger pick now and the strength to use it!

Weather conditions are a bitter harder to spot when you start out down there. But not impossible, look for subtle hints.
Maybe those wind gusts, falling drops and fungus are more than pretty graphics? :)

hehe.. is it considered exploit or bug ? ;-)
no need to answer, i was expecting to be edited.

anyway...
weater in atys has 0.00 to 5.00 (i think it's 5.00) value. it changes in every 10 to 12 rl minutes (or did in atys summer). it takes 3 ir minutes to get from one value to other.
weather values in pr was (i think)
0.00-4.00 - fair (fair1, fair2, wind1, humidity1)
4.01-5.00 - sap storm (humidity2,thunderseve)

now.. do devs really think that 4 weather values mapped to 1 will give accurate weather down there ?
(even that is not accurate, some mats are available at example 1.49 and gone 1.51)

it's great weather system, but weather station should be upgraded

(i dont dig pr anymore[and i dont have access to that data anymore], only some mats sometimes, unill they fix it or my other land forage lvl's are at 250)

fortunatley i wont need to grind anymore PR lvls after tommorow but the weather is really frustrating when all your after is some choice mats to lvl the dig skill. but my main reason for hoping for a weather improvement was to take away a little of the frustration of prospection every 10secs and slowly going insane after seeing "blah blah in these weather conditions" for the millionth time.

but oh well, what can ya do :)
