if you don't cancel before the end of the 2 weeks, you are charged for the cost of the game (and since that comes with an additional 2 weeks, not sure if it charges you for a subscription or not).

they automatically charge me the cost of the game after 14 days? man... i'll enligthen this to my self to cancel it a day before it ends, but what about ppl that sign up and forget about ryzom after 2-3 days? they're screwed? i'm not sure about this, but i don't think it is legal to charge u of something u didn't want to buy.

this was brought up a while ago, but its all legal. You agree to it when you sign up for the trial.

Better to cancel it two days before the end. For me at least, it automatically bought the game early in the last day.

Not that I reget it. :D

It will charge the price of the game automatically after the 14 day trial. This happened to me and I wasn't aware of it. ThANK YOU RYZOM!
Went through the emails they sent me when I registered for the free trial and indeed there is a sentence in the end of the email with a small font that says:

"c) Free trial account warning

WARNING : if you have registered with a free trial period (14 days Free Trial Program, or Bring a Friend Program), you need to unsubscribe before the end of your free period if you want to stop playing. Otherwise, you will be automatically debited at the end of your free period, for the price of the account."

The thing is, I played this game once, found it incredibly dull and forgot about it, never read the small print. Then went on holiday, got back, looked at my bank records and there it was. I've been charged of a game I don't even like.

Great.
