Racial Weapon Plans

A quick question regarding Racial Weapon Plans (ie, burning, living, waving, electric): what are available?
I remember burning swords, burning shields and I've seen waving 1h swords, but I couldn't tell you the whole list and I'd like to be able to add that to our site.

Are they the same pattern as medium quality or high quality or do they have a different mat combo? Do they offer any special augmentation other than the animation and sound they produce?

living dagger, pike, and spear
electric mace, electric 2h mace, and spear
burning long sword/2h axe and 1h axe
shocking 1h sword, dagger, and long sword


shocking/waving/living/electric buckler
burning launcher
living rifle

AFAIK, only the skin. Same number of mats, same stats as the equivalent high quality (e.g. a fyros HQ pike is as good as a living, provided using the same PR mats). The main difference is that patterns cost you 100sp, and that (imho) they are bugged since beta, but can't be changed without a big player scream. Let me explain since beta, I always thought it was clearly a bug, that racial weapons should be available at lvl 200 and only for the branch you leveled. Wierd things:

* why do I need to level all armor parts to 150, and leveling 1 weapon lets me get all 'related' -e.g. 2h- racial weapons?.

* so if I'm 150 in 2H sword crafting, I can get the Matis living pike and not the high quality pike, unless I'm 150 in pike crafting.

* The med quality patter requires learning the basic, and the high one, the medium. For racial there is no prereqs

* what's the point of learning Matis High Quality Long Sword?

* If I level spear crafting to 150, I can learn the living dagger plan and use it to craft daggers, thus reducing the number of clicks, rhater than using the basic and medium patterns till I learn the high quality at 150.
