no they should all be on live unless ive dropped one in by mistake...

Only 12 are with the final Rite ( +Rite) the rest are sub-missions/tasks

Hmmm i could add the region lvl info but im not sure that will be the same for the final Rite , i seem to remember that "Ragus" was lvl 150+ Combat although the small tasks are in a 50 region...

I'll add them to our database for all to browse.

We haven't added level info because we thought it was implied by the mission giver. I can see where that data could be useful. It would reduce the shock of going to rite giver just to find out that your fame isn't high enough or you don't have the skills (one of the reasons I haven't jumped on the Range rite; lots of SP's get eaten by that one unless you do the craft-by-proxy-not-an-exploit-but-might-be thing).
