Well, it has some Kami feel to it... just like the other one on a recend dev. screenshot... but it's not as fluffy as the usual Kami

Well all 3 shots share something imho, they look like military units compared to what we have now, since those only look like general law enforcement and employers. Well, ok employers with pistols and magic, but not with huge autolaunchers and claws!
