WTB Q150+ shield

Hello,

I'm looking for a special homin that has the capabilities to craft shields.... up to and above q150.

There are a few people I know, including me, that would be loyal customers... and pay well. :) (some want above q200)

If you can make good shields at these qualities, let me know. You can post here, or contact me ingame with a tell or mail... or just run up and smack me with one.
