New "Welcome Forum"

As promised, we've added a couple new forums for beginners, where they will be able to ask questions and receive help from experienced players.

Also, the ordering of the forums should be improved little more. Maybe followiing order:

Newcomer Welcome Board
The Saga
General
Bazaar
Guilds
Technical Support
Feedback

Newbie board must be promoted or new players end up posting at General and I feel that Saga should be next one as it contains information about events.

Feedback should be last as it is for more experienced players mostly and enlightened new players will find it at end of list anyways

I agree with this reordering. Veteran players will find what they want wherever it is. Welcome Board should be first. And the rest looks good


Edit:

Does "The Saga" Need to be expanded all the time? It really makes the list look cluttered. I think it would be fine if you had to go into it to see the sub folders of role playing and such.

I love the newcomer's board. Such a great idea. I agree with mikos on the order of the forums though, makes sense.
