I still have about 2 weeks left on my subscription, but I've hardly been playing at all in the past month. Not that I've socialized enough in-game for more than a few people outside my guild recognizing me.
I started the trial back no later than mid-January. I subscribed mid-February for a month. I took a break, planning to wait for outposts, as I was pretty bored of the game by then. Less than a month later I caved in and resubscribed... for 3 months.
I really thought that outposts would be out by now. Not that it would make a difference at this point. It's a beautiful world, but so shallow and empty. I'm left really unsatisfied. I know MMORPGs have these things in common, but I've played video games for so long that the translucency of this illusion is just too destructive to my immersion in it.
Meh. It's getting to the point where I'm no longer interested in the game. I wish I could just buy my character and the environment and the outfits and animations... not have to pay monthly to keep what I worked so many months to build. Maybe when internet chatrooms gain 3D graphical avatars, games will start selling thier characters for this use.
almost 5 months? bye Ryzom.

Too bad I have no clue who you are, but I know the feeling. Playing less lately but this has more to do with the summer then true boredom.
I hope you find a sun in your path whereever you go. That is a hint btw, go outside
