can't create window display

I'm having trouble launching te game. No trouble installing. But when I try to launch ryzom I'm not getting anny further.
Says: "can't create window display (1024x768 32Bits)"
I have played the game before, but bought a new pc, i need to get back !! :S

What kind of video processor is in your new PC?
If it is an onboard video chip then chances are you will have difficulty in getting Ryzom to run.

My current is intel extreme Graphics, I alreade did a upgrade on it but still the same error. I tried to dowload Nvidia but it says its not suported by my graphic card. Think there are anny drivers to dowload so it would work?

That pretty much sounds like your new PC has chipset integrated graphics - Intel 915G or Intel 945G. If it is a desktop PC, consider buying a seperate graphics adapter; chipset integrated graphics use "shared memory" e.g. take some of the system RAM instead of having own video RAM and thus offer rather poor performance.

I'd suggest you check out http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15678 - it should be quite the same problem.

IM having the same problem to but i have never play it before and i paying 4 it what do i do can i cancle my my User thing its makeing my mad somone plz help me. Also how can i cancle my User thing if i cant get on the thing? and if it sends me a bill what happens?

First of all, download and install Klients, the user chat support, so you can contact a GM there directly .
Secondly, check the sticky threads above this, there should be one about the display window. And thirdly, if you want to cancel your user account, go into "user management"... but bear in mind your password is different from the one in game, and was sent to you via email by Nevrax.

Sorry that you are having too many problems to continue.
Do you not have a video card capable of playing? Or do you perhaps need to update your DirectX and video drivers to try again?

You can cancel your account by using the link on the main page for Account Management. Remember that the password for your account profile was sent to you in your original email that you got when you registered and is not your game login password.
