Cancellation problems

Post by masuim »

Ive been playing the free trial of ryzom and have been trying to cancel for the past few days but my account and password dont seem to match. It wont let me into my billing info to cancel and wont let me write an email ticket to ask about the problem so i guess this is the only place i can ask for help.

My account and password work when entering the game so i dont know what it could be,but i would prefer to be able to cancel before i get charged.

Check your email, they should have sent you a password for accessing the Billing profile. It is different from your game login email. If you can't find or don't have the email, you can request them to send it again by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link on this page.

If you forgot the email address you use to register you should send the support an email asap.

When you registered, you have been sent email that contains your secure password. This password can be used to log in account management. This means that you have 2 passwords, one for game and other for account management.
