I sell 1-h stuff!! only swords and dagger's for the moment, but will be branching out into spears and maces soon. I try to stock the zorai merchants once a week with q140-170 weapons. If anyone wants lower (sadly not higher) i am happy to make as one-off orders

To be quite honest I was joking (humour) hence the little smile at the end. I was going to include the ranged weapons but since I was asking this to prioritise my crafting and only 10 choices were available then I chose the mel weapons. I also craft Amps to a reasonably high level and missed them off, maybe I should have had HtH in the title as well as the question

No worries mate I seem to be in a small Lunatic minority anyway as a rangefighter, also anyone serious about rangefight make their own ammo anyway and consequently lvls rangecraft for the weapon they choose to use so crafting range weapons to sell would only have a very limited market imo as most peeps would look after themselves.

Normally? I'm a big fan of war hammers. Single-wielded rapier/saber/katana types, too. Martial arts can be great if done well, and that also goes for staves. Double daggers are very nice. Axes are cool in lieu of any kind of hammer (maces just don't have the right weight balance for me - small maces can be nice but a 2h mace just seems unwieldy). I'm not a big fan of 2h swords (Berserk is the only example of a great sword type of weapon I like). Shafted weapons have never appealed to me at all.
In Ryzom dual daggers, 2h pikes, and 1h spears seem to be easily the most effective. Ignore armor is too strong, bleed is too weak, and slow is almost useless. Also all the weapons are exactly the same aside from those abilities - so a weapon that realistically would be stiff, slow, and clumsy in most scenarios is universally effective. To make matters worse, certain weapons (HtH, staff) are absurdly underpowered for some (no) reason.
Aesthetically, I'm underwhelmed throughout. I really don't like the way they do the other models. They feel more like toys than deadly weapons. Honestly I get the idea they're made of plastic sometimes. Especially the maces and staves - they don't seem very threatening at all (and I suppose they aren't). That is pretty normal in games today, to be fair. But that doesn't mean I like it.
Bleed imo is fine its lasts 10 secs so ya just use it once then use ya normal inc dmg/acc attacks for 10 secs then Bleed inc acc again. Wheres with ignore armor ya have to use it all the time which uses up more credits
