Seems you need to really pester your supplier for that 1st disk, as its not really to do with Nevrax, you could always see if you can download the game.....although this would mean a large loss of money :/

So my advise is give that supplier death and get them to understand they are in the wrong and that they need to order some more to replace yours :)
