I can't get the video to show any suggestions? I can hear sound but see no video. I have windows media player and quicktime. Thank you

You need to install the Divx CODEC

Dbl kick on the filename in windows media player now playing list (with the exclamation mark because it can't play it) and it should pop up error message: saying You got no Codecs you suxor! or something like that.

If you click on help it should redirect you to a microsoft website where you can search for and download the codecs.

And no, thats not the divx video codec he'll need, that is instead the XviD one, as grandma said, an open source divx equivalent.
