I recently was messing with my video capture card and tv-out on my video card, I actually had some free time! This is my first ryzom video that resulted. I have made several game videos in the past of various games, but this is my first ryzom one, enjoy! (Yep, that's the voice of Gfunk :0).

rofl..actually that link will be disabled sometime soon, within minutes of posting it people started downloading...and it's killing my poor 512 kbps upload cable :0)

i'm going to host it at work, T1 connection, faster and i don't have to worry about my cable modem puking hah.

I congratulate you Gfunk! That was an excellent idea, and I applaud this effort. Keep up the good work. A database of these videos, linked from a special thread or forul covering the basics of the game would be awesome:

Small videos of:

* Caracter creation
* Ticket submission
* Password recovery
* Action creation
- Creating Prospection/Extraction and Care Harvesting action
- Spells
- Crafting

a big A+ !

Congratulations G, thats a very cool video.

Hopefully some nice person with lots of space and a good connection will volunteer to host it for you.

I agree that a database of these would be realy usefull to new players. And when the basics are covered, more complex concepts could be covered, over-powering attacks, the differences between harmfull and gentle extraction etc.
