Everyone is regularly asking at what level to go to the mainland, they all want a concrete number. I tried to say to go when they understood how things worked.
As I see things, this seems to be a fair advice *provided* that the refugee lands are populated enough. Not having other players around to ask questions or playing alone is a bit frustrating. In other words, it is not a bad idea to suggest players to move to mainland even at lower levels.
