Buying a house

Post by wb2004 »

Hi folks,

I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on wherther or not to buy a house. Im a lvl 45 fyros fighter, and can afford a place in Pyr. However Im also saving up the 10mil dap (gulp!) to go towards our guild hall and wasnt wanting to waste a mil if there was no real benefit.

ANyone else bought an apartment yet? What are the benefits? Can you sell them again? etc etc.

thanx in anticipation

I see no option anywhere to sell the appartment so i dont think you can. The only "real" use of an appartment is to give you extra storage, however the storage cannot be accessed or even viewed outside of the appartment. I wouldnt advise buying one at the moment. (for reasons i wont go into here)

Put the money into your guild fund first, worry about your own apartment later. Thats the team orentated "good guy" thing to do. The guild hall will really help you folk organise your guild faster.

Getting the guild going first would benefit more people, costs more, but a better return for your investment right now.
