Self Healing?

Just got the game, and I'll be playing it tomorrow morning. But I have a question, and I can't search the forum here to get an answer.

The manual says we can heal others, but never ourselves. Is this accurate? I need to know asap, cuz I was thinking about taking magic for self-heals and self-buffs only. If I can't do that, I won't take magic at all..

There are no self-heal magic spells. There are power stanzas to boost HP, Stamina and other stats which are available in all skill trees so you would not need to take any magic.

Yes, there are "skills" for self healing (or rather, replenish your own health, SAP, Focus or Stamina). We generally don't call that magic though as no casting is required.

In fact, as gralen has mentioned, you can have good stanzas and items to boost your HP regeneration rates.

Hey, but trust me, healing others as part of the multiplayer gameplay is one of the best aspect of MMORPG.
