EAX sound Report

Hi, this is the new test for EAX

We are looking for all kind of feedback on that:
- is there a difference then before when using eax ?
- is there any impact on their frame rate ?
- do those using eax crash less if any (need to be said in a nice manner =p )
- do they have some sounds which disappeared ? (we know that happens on some sound cards yet)

Here is a how to enable EAX in SoR:

*_Enable the EAX sound with the game configuration: _*

<>1) Launch the Ryzom application.
2) At the login screen, press the game configuration button (don’t enter your login, password, if you do so you are too far).
3) Once the configurator is opened hit the sound sub menu.
4) Tick a cross in the “Enable the EAX” field; in order to activate it.
5) Press the “apply” button and then the ‘play Ryzom’ button.

Et voilà, you now have EAX activated in SoR.

*_Enable the EAX sound in Game: _*

<>1) Launch the Ryzom application.
2) Enter your login and password at the appropriate screen.
3) Select your character.
4) Enter in game.
5) Use the Hot key U (or F1). In the option category you have ‘game configuration’ press it.
6) Select the sound sub menu.
7) Tick a cross in the the “use EAX” field in order to activate EAX.
8) Press the button “apply” then “ok” <>

Et voilà, you now have EAX activated in SoR.
