Problem with account management

I've just tried to log in to the account management part of the official site using my account name (mafuhu) and my usual game password.

First reaction :- Invalid password

Ok this happened before, a few months ago when my credit card expired,
so click on "lost password" as advised last time.

result :- page not found

I realy have to change some of the details in the next 2 days so I need this issue addressing as quickley as possible!

I would also hope that my usual login would be good enough to get me into account management.

A small hint. Because of security reasons the account management password is not the same as game password.

You should have received an eMail from nevrax with the account password in it.

Yup this happened last time, then I used the tools provided to change my password to something I'd remember. I tried the password reset, as stated in my first post, only to get "page not found". I also tried the password sent to me last time this happened, again "invalid password."

Oh yes, and no e-mail with the reset password.

Ok the site is working again but is still acting strangely, with pages regularly failing to load. I do think this area needs looking at but my current problems have been sorted

have u tried clearing ur cache? i had some problems when they redesigned the site, using firefox but everything peachy after a refresh =)
