LAAAAAG---UPDATE!!!!

Post by cerest »

Hi Guys,

We are aware of the lag issues that have been occuring and are currently working on a fix for it. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE- The in game guild forum and in game email system has been turned off temporarily in order to address some of the lag issues. We're well aware that there are issues and are working hard to correct them. Thanks again for your patience.

Thanks. Glad to hear it's getting worked on.
At least it's still playable and enjoyable though. But if it got smoothed out it would be really nice :)

Is the lag a result of server location, I have heard it is located in Europe even though this is a North America shard, or is there a hardware problem? Either way, can we get another update, my DP keeps growing as a result of the issues.
I leave in Paris very close to God, lag is horrible to.

Small update:

All Live Servers will be patched tomorrow, in order to improve some of the performance issues we've been experiencing over the past few days. There may be a short downtime of 5-15 minutes to activate the changes. Our Customer Service team will be notifying you about the exact downtime schedule for each Server, once it has been determined.
