Please Wait every 30 secs or so....

Hi all-
I haven´t played a long time. now I am back but every time I log in I get the "please Wait" window in intervalls of 30 secs or so. I don´t gt disconnected, but I am unable to do anything for some seconds. And you all know how deadly such seconds on Atys can be...
I already forwarded UDP 47851, reinstalled all network devices etc...
My System:
Win XP SP 2
AMD Athlon 2200+ ( my 2600+ crashed last week)
1 GB Ramm DR 400
Geforce 6600GT
Wireless Lan Adaapter Netgear
Wireless Lan Router Belkin.
No Firewall active, No Antivirus Scanner active, no filesharing active.

Ingame I have a constant download of 1000, Upload 390, ping 200-400(jumping rapidely)
I am loosing around 70 packages everytime the "please Wait"- window appears. But no disconnect.

Any Idea?

my guess is the wireless lan.
have you played any other multiplayer games, first person shooters in particular and noticed that your screen will freeze for about a second every couple of minutes?

I think Predzz could be right here - in particular I'd point the finger at the Belkin router (sorry Belkin ) We have a belkin router at work, and indeed we see a short delay every few minutes. Damn annoying when you're typing away... We have a Netgear to replace it, have to say they seem very steady and don't seem to suffer the delay problem.

Is there any chance you could test the connection without the wireless? I appreciate you may use wireless because the answer is no, but testing without the router would quickly identify or eliminate it.

Try disabling 'Wireless Zero Configuration' service in Windows on your game playing machine when playing the game. This works for the same problem that occurs in LinkSys wireless routers.

Problem with LinkSys routers? Is that why every 10-15mins I disconnect from the game? A little more detail on how to fix this would be great.
