all those acronyms confuses me, and I wasn't sure if my math is right. I wasn't sure if I should count up or down on my finger. I am happey now, my math is correct.

Rule of thumb, if it's midnight in NY, it's 5AM in London. i.e. the Londoners are pple 5 hours already into the future.
