Not implemented or bug, did you also submit an in game support ticket? While asking about it here is great for player to player help (and the good CSRs that post in the forums), submitting an in game ticket helps make life easier for those who actually have to fix such things.

The thought had crossed my mind, but I'd already submitted one ticket this morning and didnt want to be a pain in their collective a--es.

I know the feeling but can assure you that they appreciate multiple tickets from the same player IF each ticket is legitimate, even providing updates to previous tickets (if you find new information which could help fix a bug) is OK. If it's a known issue and no more tickets are needed on that issue, they'll let you know after they get your ticket. The two times this happened to me, they were still appreciative.

It's spamming that's a problem, I mean how many bug reports stating that the server is lagging are really needed, especially as the very people getting the "lag bug reports" are on the same server as us and experiencing the same lag as we are.
