Guild Fame- what is urs?

Slightly off topic fame question...
If you do missions in a team, is the fame increase split among all the team, like XP would be, or does your personal fame increase the same amount as if you did the mission alone?

Well, say 5 people all get a mission to kill 5 torbaks. You might think that killing 5 torbaks is enough but nope, you need 25 torbaks killed as whenever 1 is killed only 1 team member will get his kill count updated.
And as such, every team member gains full fame for each mission

This is true of Individual missions - the ones we know and love.

However, there is a team mission on Starter isle, can only be started by the team leader, can only be completed while in a team and all members of the team gain fame.

(During the spring cleaning, we have gained glimpses of what is to come.... eg the fighter trainer in the GH, I have yet to find out, cas I haven't tried, if you can get team missions from the Welcomers on the main land)
