Trial trouble

Ive just downloaded the free trial version and registered a trial account, but when I try to log in to the game i get "error code one" and when I try to log on to the site I get "wrong password". I can, however log on to the forums, obvously. I have tried the forgotten password thingie, but I havent recieved any mail. What the hell is wrong?

Note that there is 2 passwords. One for logging to account management and other for logging in forums, game and support chat.

Folks at billing-ee@nevrax.com can usually fix account problems.

As far as i know, they are the same. Or is the one for the game proper emailed to you or something? Havent recieved anything and I would hate myself if I forgot it and was charged 25 euro in 2 weeks time.

You select game/forum password during registration. Account management password is then emailed to you. I got mine in email titled "SOR: Your Saga of Ryzom secure password". That was some time ago, so it may have changed.

Error 1 means that you are not able to connect to the login server.
Check your firewall settings and look through our Firewall & Router FAQ

OK. I just havent recieved any email. Thats strange.
