Problem with Guild

The guildleader for Out of Cavern recently cancelled his subscription to Ryzom. In doing so, he failed to name a new leader. Despite his cancellation he remains the listed in-game guildleader which is causing problems for our guild's daily functioning.

I forwarded an in-game ticket on May 5th to which I've received no response. Further I spoke with Turenkar on that same day. He suggested that our guildleader forward a request to remove his name to Jolt (which he did). After receiving no response, I again went to Klients and spoke with Shadowwe on May 11th who suggested I post here seeking assistance. Could Nevrax please help our guild remove the name of the our former guildleader Verzii from Out of Cavern guild so that we can get our current guildleader Amcyr named in-game?
