Regardless of how you feel you were treated in the the guild has no bearing on the issue at hand. We pay for a service based on a contract that is not being fulfilled.

actually, it does since this thread is about how you "feel" about rules being broken. if they felt that the rules were broken in how they were treated, then why is that not relevant to the discussion at hand. This is not a "bash infinity" thread, its a thread of rules being broken. Hence the title "Rule breaking and nothing done"

You do not pay a guild to be a part of the guild. Breaking guild specific rules has nothing to do with the contract you agree to when paying for and playing the game. If they felt the Ryzom code of conduct was broken they should have taken it up with a GM. A player can not enforce the Ryzom code of conduct by suspending or banning a player from the Nevrax services.

This thread has run it's course.

The contract says you may not harass other players, not other players may not harass you. You are supposed to be the one to abide by the contract, not Nevrax.

By definition all of these whiny threads are breaking the rules since they are ruining my gaming experience. :P

I'll be closing this thread - I am sorry to see that an otherwise serious topic has ended up in nothing more but a flamewar.

Please refer to my statement over in this thread - http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t ... ge=2&pp=10, if you are looking for further information on the Code of Conduct and our policies and procedures related to it.
