RYZOM_LIVE ERROR CODE 53

ok how come about 20 mins ago i am quite happily playing ryzom, in void killing great najabs, when "OOPS IT DID IT AGAIN " " please wait " .

when it first happened it thought hmm it might b ok my team mate is far enough away to give me a res if needed. the "please wait" message went, for all of 000.000002 seconds, then came back at this point i knew thats it we are both dead. the next minute i can not open the main ryzom web page let alone get back in the game.

so i wait, and wait oh and wait a bit more, but then what do it get.

" Error you can't use the client application' ' ryzom_live'(Error code 53) "

so whats this about then. and why has the lag issue not been resolved yet or why was there no warning of possible problems or reboot in game that was clearly seen.

and the next thing when i do eventually get back in the game, i will gurentee one thing and that is, i will b back in my old guild again, "WHY".

IF YOU CANT TELL I AM A LITTLE WOUND UP BY THIS NOW.

i have asked gm's and guides about his problem but i know they can not help me at all other than send my ticket to the devs. i do appreciate that it is not there fault so this post is not aimed at any gm's or guides. so please do not take offense to it. i can not write too much as i am very angree atm.

Was network issue.. Many w-sites was not accessible (eg. x-fire).

i have just tried to access the jolt home page, but what a surprise that was down too.

so maybe i was right with what i said in another post which i will not repeat because obviously it was not liked very much !

its not software related it is hardware related.

please lets get this problem resolved as soon as possible.

right the solution to error code 53 is :-

go to account management on the main ryzom site, try to log in and you get bad log in, reset password, confirm it withthe email they send, check and record you new password, create new in game password confirm new password problem solved.

although this does not solve the inconvenience of the problem it does solve the login trouble each time it happens.

oh and i must say sorry i was wrong about the guild troubles i have suffered fromeach time the server goes down or gets rebooted, fortunately i have been left in my current guild yay and the connection troubles seem to only have affected players in the uk as far as i am aware. but it still a big inconvenience to us that play in the uk.
