Yuboball

Hi everybody!

I would like to organise this little event with the help of the GM's. It would be a yuboball league, with a challenging system.

For the league though, I would like to have 4-5 players per team. A challenge system? yes, a challenge system, everybody can challenge the team some spots in front of them, since there are only 11 places in the league (the top 10, and on the 11th place "the rest") that means any team can challenge number 9 and 10 on the list, and that the teams in the list can challenge the 2 teams in front of them.

When one team challenges another, they should send the challenge to me or ELectrometrix, who will then put the challenge on the list. The first challenges on this list are the ones to be held on the next Yuboball event. These Yuboball events will be held weekly, and the matches will be held in the order they are on the list. After the first Yuboball event the team that ends up first gets the honour and the privelige to "organise" the next one. Since there is not much organisation to it, it mostly means 1 of them gets to be the referee, and 4 others (2 by 2) form the goals the Yubo has to pass through.

When somebody challenges the lead team, since this is an important match, 5 ppl of an independant jury will take those rolls, as they will do for the first few matches. This event will not be held in pvp area, since it is not a pvp event, but a sports event. taking out another team's players and attacking or hurting the yubo in any way are strictly forbidden. This sport will allready not be welcomed by the YLF, and I write this to let them know I personally will not hurt any yubo during such an event, if anybody else does, this is not my responsablility.

I hope the challenges will start flowing in soon, once we got enough we can plan the first Yuboball event properly, after that we can expect such an event weekly at a fixed time, so anybody knows when and where. Further details will be posted in an edit of this thread, as will be the list of guilds that are in the League after the first event.

I personally think that Yuboball would be a wonderful idea. It may actually hold the intreast of those that are leaving us so often I have never actually played that game, but I hear it talked about all of the time at events and get togethers. I can't wait to see what is going to happen with this .

There are tougher Yubos ingame . Another kick might be to play down in the roots
