you mean for this forum?
in real html it would be:
<img src="relative or absolute path" width="x" height="y" alt="description" title="mouse over description">
colour would be made like this:
<font colour="colourname">text</font> or <font colour="#RRGGBB">text</font>
what would prolly help you most is this tho: http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/cover.html#minitoc
