Frequent Connection Loss

I am getting the "Please Wait" pop up messages indicating connection loss very frequently. It's so frequent that I can only play 5-10 min, until I lose the connection and have to re-log. Intrestingly, I have never had a problem logging in; it's just 5-10 min after log-in, I lose the connection.

I am confident of the integrity of my internet access because I have cable modem access through Cox cable which is very fast and I play other online games like Anarchy Online and DAOC with no problems.

Anyone else experiencing this? I submitted a ticket, but am curious if I am the only one experiencing the issue.

Also consider replacing your Linksys router with something else. I replaced my Linksys with a D-Link and now both people in my house can play together for hours and hours without any disconnects.

This is an entirely dissatisfactory solution. Even if it works, and there is no guaramtee that it will, you are suggesting that in order to play the game someone must shell out additional money and installation time.

Um, how about they make the software work? That ain't too much to ask? All my other software -does- work.

If the problem persists for more than 24 hours, the software goes back.
