Choose wisely?

Post by nightzta »

I was wondering.....

Is there anyway at all a player maxed in melee and magic would find himself with too little sp to buy everything?

One reason why I ask is that I accidently bought both spell upgrades as well as the actual spells. ( For example: Acid 9 and Acid 9 upgrade)

Another reason is because I have bought all my metabolism and the ektra hp at the fighter trainer.

Thnx in advance -

You will not find yourself with too little SP to buy everything. Once you max melee 2H slashing for instance you just go back and lvl CC if you want or ranged or whatever you wish. You will have an abundance of SP ;)

The upgades, are just the spell stanza, the Acid 9 spell contains the credits too. You have not done any harm. Any other spell that contains these credits will now be cheaper to buy.

(Most people tend to buy only the upgrades. This is due to the time credit component, which tends to be viewed as not 'useful' by most caster)

I personally use HP+SAP+Range credit, but thats because I have the HP and SAP to support the spells, in a team 'time credits' have a use, making the healers life easier and lets face it you only need to hit once to get the XP so killing yourself overcasting is wasteful and non-productive.

if you level everything to 150 and buy everything you possibly can, then you probably only spent 40% or so of the available sp

ive seen the actualy numbers but all i can say is that im all in the 60-150 and have 1000 sp extra in each branch except harvesting

u should hav plenty of spare sp and if u run out u can always lvl another skill path with the same sp eg 1 handed all 3 weapon types then 2 handed all 3 weapon types
and amitst u shouldnt hav that much sp left over if u do u will hav gone wrong somewhere as im 150 melee and i hav about 60 sp spare and i hav 100 spare in magic which is 200+
